So, here is the situation. As mentioned earlier, I am a newbie and started playing on April 12 (GMT+2). I only played PvE, and everything was just fine. During that first week, my game crashed once or twice, but I didn't pay much attention to it becausethat time I was playing solo, so I couldn't disturb anyone. And on April 19, I decided I liked the game and bought all the DLC packs while they were on sale on Steam (yeah, silly me). Only to wake up the next morning and find out two things: 1) I've been banned in Destiny 2. 2) Virus on my PC created another admin user and blocked wi-fi connections. And while I solved the second problem, the first remained. On the same day (April 20), I wrote a ticket for an appeal and checked it every day until today (April 27), the appeal was in open status. But this evening it was closed. And it feels like the ticket was closed automatically. So I'm desperate. I don't know what to do next. It's sad because apart from the fact that I did nothing wrong in game to get banned (my only fault is that I didn't suspect something was wrong when one of the reboots blew my Windows key, and after another one, it got back) I haven't even had a chance to play the content I bought. PS. I have a good antivirus and haven't got viruses for a while. I didn't think that .dll files aslo can contain viruses.
