What’s everyone’s opinion on a class action lawsuit against bungie selling a product (lightfall) and being unplayable?

Also I wouldn't discuss this on a thread like this, there's a ton of wales that's already invested more than they'd like to admit into this game so they're going to defend bungie regardless of any logic or critical thinking.. You're better off genuinely speaking with a lawyer: and revise your case against them in a way that circumnavigates the TOS contract.

The TOS doesn't protect them at all for anyone wondering; I found this post because I was thinking the exact same thing. And why the TOS doesn't matter is because anyone can file a class action lawsuit against them: without ever playing the game. : 3

Do you often agree to things without reading them?

Waste of time ….

My opinion is that you should read the ToS if you're at all serious about this post. And when you're done, I hope you are no longer at all serious about this post. lol

While the Bungie Services may allow you to “earn”, "buy", or "purchase" Service Provided Content within or in connection with gameplay, you do not in fact own or have any property interest in the Service Provided Content. Unless otherwise specified in writing, any Service Provided Content that you receive is licensed to you as set forth herein, and you shall have no ownership right thereto.
😘

1 ReplyYou literally can't lawsuit Bungie, because you agreed with ToS
-
1 ReplyYeah...so that wont work, because were essentially just buying expensive "keys" to get access to the game, and its content. We dont technically own anything.
-
1 ReplyDoubt it would get far. Since they are not providing an essential service the suit most likely wouldn't go past the filing.
-
My opinion is that you should stop agreeing to contracts before you read them.

You should really read D2’s TOS…

7 RepliesI think you have too much time on your hands. If you don’t like the game play something else.

1 ReplyYou should stick to 20 pieces or less puzzles, anything else is clearly overloading your brain.
