unlink old PS4 account and add a new ps5 account
Hello, I want to unlink an old PS4 account which I no longer have access to and then I want to link my new PS5 account which of course is a different one.
I have tried to unlink my old ps4 account it but it asks me to login to that old account which I no longer have access to as I said.
I have all my other accounts perfectly linked, as xbox, steam, epic etc..
I don’t know what to do and there is no contact or support to open a ticket for my case to be reviewed.
Any assistance is appreciated.

3 RepliesHey there, To adjust cross-save settings, you need to authenticate all linked accounts.
