Just get volatile rounds and then infinite invisibility, devour, void overshields and explosions. Try it out if you want. The kinetic weapon doesn't matter but the energy and heavy have to be void weapons.

Personally I kinda like the difficulty increase. It just means you can't play on autopilot all the time. This NF isn't that hard when you use strand

Have you tried creating a build yourself instead of just copying others? You might find options that suit your play style better and have more fun than using whatever is "meta."

Some parts of the game are stupid difficult or a slog now like the Spire Harpy boss to solo. I am not sure I am going to buy any future dungeons if they are like this. * Even most streamers who make the strategy videos take like hour on the boss with optimal loadouts.

Ya I did my Hero nightfalls this morning and I screamed..."Why in the H3LL am I even playing this game"...Then logged off. I'm so sorry I bought Lightfall. I need to move on. Well hopefully Diablo 4 and Wayfinder will fill my gaming itch in a couple of months.

So many spot-on comments! Unfortunately, they’re falling on hard ground. The simplest solution was to make things optional, ie, normal / hard / hardest - which would have satisfied everyone…and not alienated the majority, as things now stand. This Community has been virtually pleading with BHQ to stop ruining the game since way back; it was like pi$$ing in the wind…and they wonder why the majority are so upset?! It’s akin to being on the wrong side of a toxic (narcissistic) relationship. There’s only one effective solution to such - ENDEX, and as sure as eggs are eggs, that day’s coming. And so, ‘tis destiny…and that’s when the many, vote with their wallets and feet, and terminate this toxic relationship with BHQ and anything they are involved with… It’s mind over matter: we don’t mind and they won’t Matter. Legend is legend and whatever is classified as legend is legend. Master is Master… etc. etc. etc. just because you can’t do a Legendary nightfall or a master, doesn’t mean they feel like a higher difficulty. Because the actually higher diffficulty is much, much tougher. This is the portion of the game that is literally just “Get Good”, stop asking bungie to put a baby mode on the content because you just want the rewards, not to have to try to get it. Now it would be different if the mode was literally so hard it took 4 rockets to kill red bars. But it isn’t. The game is still fair enough for you to complete the content. If you cannot, it just means you aren’t ready to do it yet. You don’t play chess against magnus Carlson and complain about him winning, and so they should change the rules. No, you admit you are bad right now, and try to get better.

Same. What they don't seem to realize is that most of us casuals are extremely easy to please. We literally just want to play and have fun. This season, even though I'm sure there will be some idiotic replies to the contrary, the difficulty has sucked the fun away from the casual. It's really not good business sense because they could have actually made all of the higher levels more difficult to satisfy the people that wanted it that way, and we could have just had our fun and never even ventured into the forums to complain.

Pretty much with you on your observations. A lot of fun has left in favor of tougher challenges and a slogfest that not everyone wanted. They could have turned it up a few notches, but they turned the amp up to 11. I mean, come on, patrol being tuned high on Neptune? It is patrol. Can’t imagine that many elite players spend much time in patrol and if they do, they are probably just chilling with friends or having fun blasting things. They could have easily upped the challenges and rewards at the top of the scale and left patrol as a less intense experience.

I see all these posts saying they encounter fireteams in Trials and Banner But I see them maybe 1 out of every 20 matches Lying , they are , attention, they seek, understand fireteam matchmaking they do not

Casuals and fun were patched out, by Bungie rebalancing to more gun play, and less abilities, more time spent shooting enemies with more health. Less rewards, less loot, in a looter shooter? Seems odd that they change the game at year 9 of 10, unless they are experimenting on how far they can stretch the community, before they snap. The fun has been patched out, along with casuals it seems.
