What’s going on with artifice armor dropping with low stat rolls

https://www.bungie.net/7/en/News/Article/update_7_0_0_1?hidenav=true Posted on Feb. 27th, 2023, this tells you that Grasp, Duality, and Spire are set to drop higher stats in Master. Currently only Grasp does. Nearly two months have passed since this update where Duality and Spire seems to be bugged on not dropping higher stats and still hasn't been addressed by Bungie but within hours of the legendary shards exploit and Bungie is on it like white on rice.

People believe that they made a secret change to this. I’ve been experiencing it too. It’s just a thing now. Bungie just being really weird.

5 RepliesStreamers decided anything below a 64 is low stat. Bungie never said that. They said anything above a 58 is what they consider high stat. So you have to deal with the people who actually make the game saying one thing, and people who just play it saying another. I wonder who will win that argument?

Got a pot of stuff below 62 this weekend with master. Why waste time doing it if artifice armor is low stat garbage and seasonal armor is at least 4 to 5 better?
