Liming Harbor action figure not spawning
I've done it numerous times now, all of which the action figure did not spawn. It said that the secret was revealed, but when I move from the station and came back it's not there.

2 RepliesSounds like you’ve already picked it up. Can you provide a video showing you going to arcade room (where you place the figures) and showing this one is still missing from here & not being able to be placed?

Have you returned to the arcade to confirm which action figures you've already collected/placed and which figures you're still missing?
