I get kicked mid game and then get a message saying due to traffic services are being throttled. It's ridiculous. I'm already in the bloody game!

6 RepliesSame but I've been getting contacting Destiny servers for weeks tbh. Connection is perfect it's definitely something on Bungies end that they need to address asap or they're going to lose more players than they already have with their failed Lightfall DLC.

I got that a few times as well. I definitely know it’s not my internet and I know it never happened the last several seasons.

Just another sessional problem undressed by a company now out of its depths. 3.6 billion dollars in and here we are in 2023. I'm on the look out for another franchise at this point. I love Destiny but this has gone way past the point of what you class as accepted iusses Near constant changes...but never take time to address the core issues, all while spinning the same old Bungie Bible line "we are looking into it a fix is in the pipeline for next season" The entire community gets treated like a bunch of brain dead monkeys...it's unbelievably disrespectful. We mean nothing outside of our financial value and once they're ready they will just pull the plug on Destiny.

For a high bandwidth streaming game one hiccup on a stable connection can cause a disconnection. Playing 4 to 8 hours straight there is bound to be little misconnections on your isps part.

Got that2 times in 3 days. Wrong on Bungies side to prioritize a new login over an existing login. I hear it’s over 2 million people playing at once sometimes. That is a lot of traffic.

They need to set a server population to limit people trying to get in and provide a pop up saying server is full. Those playing should not be affected by those trying to get in.

3 RepliesThese guys will be forever known as the “king of recycling” in the game industry. Content are recycled and some are even recycled guns you have to pay for. The recycling processes in this game is so impeccable that even their P2P networking and antiquated game engine are all recycled from their previous game Halo. In 2023, that’s laughable!🤣 If Videogame companies should dump their old stuff here, these guys would probably recycle it back into this shallow and dry game.🤣 Game is a shamble mess of shallowness!

Bungie is not obliged to give e you content that you paid for. Neither are they obliged to give you any service (GaaS) that you paid for. If the servers are up then they are probably "over delivering" 🙄 😂

No. The joke is that despite all the complaining, all the poor content, all the recycled and recharged for garbage, all the reskins, all the errors, all the baffling decisions, all the lies, all the laziness, all the greed etc large amounts of addicts continue to throw money at the screen every time their lazy greedy dealers tell them too.
