Celestial fire does not proc sunbracers
The title of this is all you need to know. Basically every time you get a kill with celestial fire it has a 50/50 chance of activating the sunbracers exotic perk. When the perk states “melee kills restore grenade energy” ,one would assume that when you kill an enemy with the celestial fire MELEE it would proc every time.

2 RepliesIf an enemy dies from the scorch burn, it currently doesn't count as a Celestial Fire melee kill. Incinerator Snap works much more consistently with Sunbracers at this time.
