GUARDIAN RANKS are kinda oppresive.
I don't want to go after this (new) d*k contest - your number is bigger than mine - good for you.
Not sure yet what is the most relevant - the grimmoire score, seals, glided seals, light level, seasonal rank - you tell me.
I won't go out of my way to improve "my number" - no reason other than boosting my self-esteem I assume - and then rinse and repeat next season - no thank you.
Maybe the circle are bigger - but they are way more obnoxious than the seasonal rank from before, and I'm tired of seeing 6 and 7 everywhere.
The change in the shape/ornament that goes with ranks increase is sufficient by itself, but the number are just too much the same for everybody (rank level where more 'random') - which bring a painful uniformity to the game.
It's a detail, the principle is nice - but I'd be 100% disable it if I had the options.

In fairness, it's not like this affects anything in the game. There aren't any rewards or power attached to it, so I'd just ignore it. In fact, I do just ignore it.
