Bungie 30th Anniversary pack not showing up to be downloaded.

I have a confirmed purchase of the Bungie 30th anniversary pack due to the most recent sale and it’s not showing up to be downloaded on my Xbox console. Is this because of the most recent maintenance?

Hi there! No it is not. Is the DLC showing as installed in your library's Manage Game and DLC section?
