Bungie, I think it’s becoming painfully apparent, the player base absolutely HATES legend Lost Sectors. It was a great idea that was introduced a while back to get players to interact with that content, but it’s time we do something about how we obtain exotics. Now I’m aware exotic armor focusing is coming next season but still, there’s absolutely NO REASON to still have exotics from vanilla D2 and forsaken still dropping. We need to move these into an exotic kiosk with rotating rolls daily or make them available for focusing in season 21. Now, my proposed idea is that we move exotics that started dropping in shadow keep into the world exotic drop loot pool. This not only includes armor, but weapons as well. Now for those that are wondering if that would make legend lost sectors obsolete, I say to that concern, no. Here’s what their purpose will serve, they will still drop armor but now it will be at a base drop of 68-70 stat drop AND it’s a guaranteed drop rate after 1-2 runs. I believe this would encourage even more engagement with the lost sectors and bolster more players to interact with the build system so they can participate in legend lost sectors.
