Levels are too hard for solo player players
For me been with destiny a long time many many years always playing solo this season I have been invited to a few fireteams and that’s great but even so the levels are too hard solo and even 2 players to a point where I cannot get through them so it’s making the experience of playing destiny no joy
Sort this out simplify the levels for solo players give at least a chance

24 RepliesBecasue the developers decided to listen to the addicts and streamers who play over 60 hours per week. They complained the game was too easy. No s#1+ Sherlock. If you play this s#1+ more hours than a full time job, of course it will be easy. Devs said forget about the majority who play casually (and where most of our revenue comes from). I know this sounds harsh, but why cater to these folks. No need to cater to addicts and streamers. They are already hooked to this game. Developers can turn destiny Frogger and they will still play.

2 RepliesFor me I don't know if it's the inflated difficulty. This reset i did some bounties and logged out. My problem is SMG's seem to be the only viable primary weapon right now. Which is getting stale (any other options pls let me know, no exotics). I've reached a point where the changes are manageable but the game isn't entertaining.

3 RepliesI have a whole bunch of opinions on this subject and the get gud crowd. maybe I can touch on a few or I'll just ramble. I agree that the game is difficult for solo's whole heartedly unless your just doing public events and just roaming the planets just shooting random enemies. The bullet sponges and buff and de buffs they have are insane when it comes to high tier missions and not always easy to get a grasp on for a plain casual who has a life and touches grass every now and then. Now for the get good crowd didn't get there over night and probably had to be carried more than once or used a paid service of some sort at one point in time, so yeah they can just sit in a corner and rock for all I care, I just don't hear them when they talk. My suggestion to you is get the Osteo and do the Lightfall campaign on normal to get your Strand and it does make the game a little easier, Heck I'm doing solo flawless lost sectors now for the first time ever this season with that combo, just take it slow and steady.

2 RepliesWhat exactly would you want from this game as a solo player? Higher ranks are for end-game co-op activities only. Unless you can solo these activities, what exactly would you want from a solo rank system? I'm just curious as I rarely do any raids, and my group activities are probably weeklies and dungeons, so that's the rank reflection of me. I can probably do rank 8 if I am not lazy and push through legend content and ask my friends to carry me in RoN but then what?

1 ReplyI think "too hard" is the wrong way to put it. It just invites the "get gud" crowd. If you put your mind to it and gear up, it's perfectly doable, but a combination of factors and changes in the game have made it no fun any more.

They just did. MAYBE the game isn't for you. All these "I've been with Destiny for (insert amount of years)", but nobody seems to improve. Why is this so hard to understand?
