Prime Gaming Spring Showers Exotic Bundle
I linked my Amazon Prime to My Xbox Bungie account, followed the instructions to visit Master Rahool at the Tower but the Spring Showers Exotic Bundle isn't available as stated but shows that I collected this on Apr 9, 2023. So I retried several times, even unlinked and relinked, same result. Same result, is there an issue associated, if not then I'm at a loss as to why this is not working, please look into and resolve this issue issue.

I can’t claim any Prime Gaming drops in game. I received the reply below from BNGHelp4. They are aware something isn't working and are hoping for a fix soon. ..check the "My Collections" section on Prime Gaming's website (when you're signed in of course), does it say whether your Prime Gaming rewards for each month are delivered or undeliverable? -
