Solo Dungeon Runs - PLEASE BUNGIE
Let me preface this with I'm not exactly amazing at this game and I've never really tried solo dungeon runs/end game content aside from raids. That being said, I wanted to try my hand at Spire's Title and after studying for a week and practicing with groups, I went in solo. It took me 7 hours to get from start to final boss at which point I needed sleep and I logged out. I logged back in after a good sleep, struggled through the final for 3 hours only to find out that it doesn't track the solo clear if you leave the instance for any reason. PLEASE Bungie. For the future, please let it track individual progress for stuff like this. It's incredibly frustrating and also punishes people with flakey internet connections.

1 ReplyNo, that defeats the purpose of a "solo run" If you're having that much trouble with Spire add me and I'll help you get a solo clear. I don't mind running it through with you a few times to help you learn the ins and outs of the dungeon. I've got over 70 solo flawless clears of Spire and know it pretty well so I'm sure I can help you. It's really not that hard of a dungeon to clear. Usually takes me about 45-60 minutes solo.

Unfortunately, part of the challenge in doing it in one sitting is the fatigue. Good news is, you’ve done it once and that means you’re more than capable of doing it again. I agree they should make it clear in the triumph what counts as the solo clear. Good luck !

1 ReplyAllowing people to leave the activity at any given time and use checkpoints to obtain solo/solo flawless triumphs would completely defeat the entire purpose of them. It’s not difficult to chip away at an activity if you can freely leave and come back as you see fit. People should just be thankful that a solo flawless run isn’t the requirement for the Duality and Spire seals/titles.
