Forsaken ciphers not showing up
I am a returning player that has moved consoles from xbox to playstation via cross save. I had owned forsaken and beyond light on my old account but had to rebuy it on my playstation account. I just purchased the destiny 2 forsaken pack that advertises 3 forsaken ciphers. However when I logged in I did not see them in the exotic monument or my inventory. I tried restarting my game and my console multiple times. I also uninstalled and reinstalled destiny but that didnt help either. I feel like I have been scammed. Can anyone help me find them.
