Artifact Mods still getting disabled due to buff count

To duplicate: Subclass - Solar Warlock - Heat Rises + Icarus Dash - Embers of Mercy, Searing, Ashes, Singing - Firebolt grenade Armor - Exotic: Dawn Chorus - mods - helm: solar targeting, strand/solar siphon, strand targeting - arms: 2x grenade kickstart, fastball - chest: unflinching solar aim, unflinching stasis aim - legs: stacks on stacks, 2x Innervation - class: reaper, utility kickstart, bomber Artifact - column 1 - AB sidearm, unstop scout - overload auto/smg - col 2 - authorized mods: solar - authorized mods: strand - authorized mods: grenades - multi-siphon mods - col 3 - solar surge - col 4 - flare up - allied unraveling - col 5 - threaded blast - rain of firebolts If you add another unflinching mod to the chest armor with this setup, you will go from 2 firebolt grenade charges, back down to 1. Also, swapping one of the aspects to Touch of Flame while having the 3rd unflinching mod in place will allow for 2 grenade charges. This appears to be another issue relating to a max player buff count of some sort, beyond which certain effects are truncated.
