So I originally thought the artifact disabling bug wasn't ever going to affect me. Here I am. Was messing around with my loadouts, specifically creating some dedicated void and solar warlock builds. I had changed my artifact roughly two or 3 times in a row because I've changed my mind a couple times until I decided on the right one. Played through a couple heroic public events until I noticed that volatile flow isn't working the way it was supposed to, and it led me down this rabbit hole. Haven't tried my solar build yet, and I only have one surge mod, and that's solar. Pictures should be provided as well. I'm on old gen Xbox, specifically and Xbox One S and this bug is pretty recent after taking a break from the game for a couple days.
