Powerful gear drops?
I am currently at 1807 max without artifact power and i received a 1809 from a powerful gear tier 2 reward (hawthorne 5 commendations rewards)
I thought powerful gear only dropped at 1800 or at max current level and only pinnacle gear can drop higher than my current max?

Hawthornes is labelled wrong, it's actually a +2 pinnacle
