Harmonic Resonance Not Procing In PvP
Tested Rufus Fury with Target Lock in a private match against arc Hunter. In super the auto does 10-11 damage per shot, out of super 20-21.
Same goes for Nessa's Oblation doing 124 damage agains super, 268 out of super.
I was using a total of X2 harmonic resonance; rufus, nessa, & koraxis's.
Is anyone else experiencing Harmonic Resonance doing the opposite of what it's supposed to in PvP?
