Neomuna secret
I was doing a heroic patrol where you defend from the vex sacrificing, to the right of the conflict was a scannable I’ve never seen before it was about 10 words long above where our buffs on the left screen appear, I remember it saying a light signal or weak signal has anyone completed this, it’s not the antenna with the psion

I have done a few of these. You need to find the transmitter, when you are getting close to the area the screen should say the signal is strong. I scanned the transmitters and a chest spawned, nothing exciting inside that was worth anything.

Yeah there's actually a triumph associated with those there's 1 in each location on Neomuna so 3 total.

I've done that one once. Nice little distraction. I like these little hidden activities.

Ever play hot/cold Hide something As person gets closer say 'getting warmer' As person gets further away say 'getting colder' Same thing.

The good ol shadow legion surveillance. Took me forever to find the tracker. It’s a hot/cold game to find a terminal

You have to move around the area to find the chest. I’ve done it a few times. It’s a nice touch 👍🏻

Yeah it’s the secret where u surveil the shadow legion, someone in the area must have found the jammer to initiate the secret quest, all u have to do is walk around until it says signal is stronger and it’ll lead into a terminal that I interact with and get a chest from, it’s just a triumph, nothing more

Just run around until signal gets stronger to find the secret

There's a few of these around. I'm guessing one in each area. They've been there since day 1 of Lightfall.
