Has anyone else had an issue where they've completed the story, and then noticed they never managed to pick up "From Zero..." from Nimbus? Been looking online and apparently it becomes available after completing 'Under Siege' but he won't give me any such quest. Really slows down the Rep grind when I can't pickup and clear Additional Bounties.
