Time's Chasm not procing Feeding Frenzy
No Time to Explain's exotic perk, Time's Chasm does not proc feeding frenzy, nor does it add to the Kill Tracker on No Time to Explain. Orignally, it didn't really bother me, but its about time this was looked at and fixed since Feeding Frenzy is what helps counteract the slower reload.
