Help, I do not know if I just wasted 30$ but, in the new add on, i interpreted that buying this add on will just give me all of the forsaken exotic weapons, including G-Horn (cant spell it lmao), I know people are talking about the exotic cyphers but I’m more interested in the weapon side,
Does this give you the exotics after purchasing? Or does it allow you to “achieve them” in the game?

It is simply the Forsaken pack and the 30th Anniversary pack bundled together, it doesn't unlock any exotics, it gives you the DLC licenses and therefore the 'rights' to earn them. So you'd be able to get the Gjallarhorn quest from Xur, and the one from Forerunner too. You'd be able to play Shattered Throne and The Last Wish to earn Wish-Ender and One Thousand Voices. You'd be able to purchase Forsaken-era Exotics from the Memorial Kiosk, the Exotics whose quests were vaulted. You will either buy them through the normal means, or, with one of the three Forsaken Cyphers that come with the Forsaken pack part of the bundle. Any remaining exotics will have been added to the 'world drop' pool and will potentially now drop from Exotic Engrams. So that would include weapons like Trinity Ghoul, and gear pieces like One-Eyed Mask.
