Coriolis force is the only aggressive frame fusion in the game and has been called things like a failed experiment.
This isn't fair though. The experiment was "failed" because it was set up to fail. The perk pool on that weapon is absolutely -blam!-, which is why the weapon is usually considered bad. Not a single perk actually plays into the strength of it as a DPS and major destroying weapon.
Even with such an awful perk pool, it's still a decent weapon that provides a lot of major clear and amazing backup boss damage. If you'd just give the archetype another chance with an actual good perk pool, it would be one of the best weapons in the game.

I don't think we really need one. If its another horizontal spread at least. Coriolis is really only good at ad clear. There is also Delicate Tomb which is a horizontal spread when firing from the hip. But it was meh. I wish Coriolis was better. I love unique weapons like this but its just not good. However the weird thing I want them to bring back and buff are Caster frame swords. The heavy attack just uses too much ammo for such a small ammo reserve weapon. However I love the idea of caster frames. That is why I would love to see a new one. They could make a void, Strand, and stasis one. Void with destabizling rounds, Strand could use hatchling I guess or maybe a new perk that suspends if hit by the charged heavy attack, stasis could use chill clip. Oh also a stasis wave frame (not a heavy one) is a dream weapon.

2 RepliesThe fact that Bungie hasn't made another one, or hasn't made the first patch to it tells me it was a failed experiment that they don't plan on ever trying again

I have farmed this just today, my roll is feeding frenzy and one for all, I immediately got 100 plus kills in strikes, perks work well together, I wish bungie bring more aggressive frame fusion rifles or pool aggressive and high impact fusions together, so Corilois force is Hakke type.

I always forget that the Coriolis Force is an aggressive frame. Never used it because several other fusions were better. I’d support another aggressive fusion just to give the frame a better chance at survival
