I am and always will be a fan of the storm caller subclass but unfortunately with the light 3.0 rework there seems to be a mistake, as the rework was more as of a hindrance to the storm caller subclass then a benefit as many of the strengths that made storm caller storm caller where nerfed or removed. since season 18 onward my experience with the game has greatly worsen as the subclass I fell in love with has been reduced to a shell of its former self and by the simple act of using it I make my teams experience worse and further more they do not wish to have storm caller on their team. Because of that I have found myself no longer capable of enjoying this game and that saddens me greatly. Please consider my words yours truly Sir Lancelot Von Esquire.

  • Here’s what they need to do: >increase Stromtrance’s reach by 50% and it’s base damage by 100% in PvE and 35% in PvP. Ionic Blinks will no longer cost super energy and will function like Nova Warp’s blink instead. >increase Chaos Reach’s damage by 125% in both PvE and PvP (it’s a giant fking laser, it’s SUPPOSED to do massive laser damage) >remove the slide requirement for Ionic Blink Melee and increase its damage by 50% in PvE >Ionic Traces should grant a small amount of health for Warlocks only. (Warlocks are the only class who don’t have a heal on Arc that isn’t Rift) >Geomags should grant a permanent amplified status when super is fully charged and passively increase sprint speed. >Arc souls should jolt enemies when amplified.

      I've said it before, and I'll say it again: Arclock has no survivability, thus making it useless in difficult content. Void has Devour and Overshield Solar has Restoration, Cure, Healing nades, and Well Stasis can freeze everything, nullifying incoming damage, and gain some overshield from shards. Strand has suspend, preventing damage What does Arc really have to offer? You are entirely reliant on healing rift or healing on orb pickup, which as a primary form of sustain is a joke. Blind doesn't do enough to sit on par with freeze and suspend.

    • I think Bungie's biggest mistake with arc warlock rework is chain lightning changes. It was pretty much the most interesting thing about warlocks in both pve and pvp. But, not only they gave it to other classes, but they made it pretty weak. Should have made chain lightning the main mechanic of arc warlock and build on it, but we didn't get it.

    • What did they remove from arc warlock? I think they only added stuff and made it better. Also arc warlock benefits every team.

        • They need to give the subclass more team support, as well as buff Chaos Reach. Solar is a must have because it's the best support subclass in the game. Void is strong because Void overall is the best subclass across all three classes. Arc Warlock only gives their team Rift and Arc Souls. Less healing than the other two and with their burst super taking longer to fully expend than Nova Bomb, but doesn't make that up with damage output. PVE longer burst supers need more damage to make up for the fact that you could've done more damage on a short burst super and use a heavy. Personally I would be interested in looking at the following options. For those that don't like these ideas, remember they're IDEAS. I've noticed people get up in arms for discussing ideas as if Bungie will impement them tomorrow. - Increase PVE Chaos Reach damage; it should Jolt targets that they deal continuous damage to for at least 3 seconds(which could be the form of that extra damage depending on the numbers); would also be a viable Overload Champion counter given that it's meant to be cast more frequently than others[in theory] - While Amplified, Warlock Empowered Rift should make other allies Amplified, and Healing Rift would give a faster rate of health recovery(but not overshield); Warlocks should be able to get back into the fight quickly on Arc, just like Hunters and Titans, so adding these would be minor ways to boost their distinctiveness from the other subclasses and boost their support capabilities

        • Add Blink as a jump option to all Warlock Subclasses and I'd play something other than Void more.
