Apparently the gun Hero's Burden, is not working at all with volatile flow. When I pick up a orbs I don't get volatile rounds. I do however am able to get it to work when I have a void heavy on, but any other heavy will not let hero's burden work with volatile flow. The void fragment Echo of Instability does work and will let hero's burden have volatile like normal. So this is a weird bug that's only happening with Volatile flow
