It was said and confirmed by Bungie that Adept weapons from RON would feature enhanced traits to differentiate from crafted weapons and to incentivize players to do Master difficulty. Master RON is currently not dropping Adept loot with enhanced traits nor don I see a way of enhancing the traits. If this is the case then there is no real reason for players to step into Master. I'm gonna assume this is a bug but would appreciate the acknowledgment.
