Pretty simple question really. It hasn't done decent damage in quite a long time despite requiring a bit of skill. Marksman in particular should be way more rewarding for landing those consecutive critical shots. It's just weird that the super that focuses damage on a single target does significantly less damage than several supers that have an AoE. Doesn't seem particularly difficult to balance either, just tweak the damage numbers in PvE. It's such an iconic super so it's a shame it's been so neglected. Kind of got to wonder why.
