I have 6 Exotic Weapon ideas that I have been working on for a couple months. Most of them are enemy weapons for us guardians. Most are fleshed out with traits, perks and catalysts. I love Destiny, I’ve played since the beginning. I didn’t play the beta, just when Destiny 1 release. So I’m not a true vet hahaha. This newest season has been different…it’s tolerable and definitely not as enjoyable as previous seasons. What I have been enjoying is dreaming up some awesome, unique and utterly stacked exotic weapons. I advise you to not take these too seriously, they are just ideas I thought would be cool and fun. A brief moment of escape from all these major changes and nerfs Bungie has been implementing. They are a little overpower but it doesn’t matter hahaha. If you hate them awesome but if you like them let me know. If you love Destiny like I do, I think you’ll like these exotic weapons. There’s a poll to vote for your favourite! We have: 1. Unions Departure (Rasputin Rocket Launcher) 2. Celestial Reign (Hive Knight Boomer) 3. Planetary Collision (Caitals Hammer) 4. Imperial Servant (Cabal Gladiator Severus) 5. Whirlwind Salvation (Fallen Captain Rapier) 6. Ren’s Last Order (SIVA Lightsaber) I love Sleeper Simulator and I thought a Rasputin inspired Rocket Launcher would look cool. I thought of this before I played the final mission (Desperate Measures) of the Lightfall campaign. In that mission Nimbus fires up a relic weapon system that allows you to target lock enemies for an Orbital Strike. The orbital strike is the main perk in this rocket launcher. I was blown away when I saw this in the game. It was exactly how I imagined it for Union’s Departure. 1. Union’s Departure Rasputin Rocket Launcher (Boss Killer) Damage Type: Solar Magazine: 2 Full Ammo: 8 Intrinsic Trait Golden Age Orbital Strike: Only with full ammo, long press reload to consume all ammo and to engage the target lock procedure. Hold trigger to lock on a target to confirm target the lock procedure. Russian vocal confirmation In Russian: (Acquiring Target, target confirmed) (Also the ability to toggle Rasputins Russian voiceover off haha) Text: Warsat Orbital Strike Imminent 3 seconds of a large red laser pummels targeted enemy with massive damage. Union’s Departure Catalyst Soviet Garrison: A very small chance picking up heavy ammo will reload this weapon to fully capacity. 2. Celestial Reign (Arc Power/Heavy Fusion Rifle - Hive Knight) Magazine: 4 Very slow reload speed Intrinsic Trait Bombardment: Hold down the trigger to charge an arcing volley that unleashes arc splash damage on impact. Trait Hive Harvest: Picking up heavy ammo has a chance of overflowing magazine. Weapon Perks Choose one hive perk: -Dark Stronghold: Replaces class ability with Hive Knight darkness shield which you can see through. -Crotas War Cry: Being critically wounded grants increased damage for a brief period and a slight burst of healing. Celestial Reign Catalyst Perpetual Rainfall: Reloading after rapid kills grants increased rate of fire and reload speed. Also, grants Chain Reaction. Celestial Reign may be too overpowered with both Dark Stronghold and Crota’s War Cry, which is why only one perk can be equipped at one time. Tired of getting pounded by endless volleys from knights boomers. 3. Planetary Collision Runner up names: Gavel of Wealth Rite of a Dying Star (RDS) Kinetic Power/Heavy that damage type changes based on orbs that have been picked up. Intrinsic Trait Destiny Arrives: Collecting an Orb of Power powers up the Planetary Collision. Once powered up, Planetary Collision seeks orbs of each damage type which can be obtained by rapid kills. Picking up damage type orbs empowers Planetary Collision and becomes that damage type. Melee: Kinetic melee combo does not consume ammo. Heavy attack: Lunges a good distance at target with a kinetic shockwave on impact. Or whatever damage type that Planetary Collision is empowered by. Perfectly Balanced Guard: Blocking damage with full energy has a chance to create an orb of power. Weapon Perk [Weapon Super Attack] Power of the Prism: Collecting orbs of each damage type supercharges Planetary Collision. When supercharged, left + right bummer to use super attack that slams Planetary Collision into the ground creating a wave of cycling damage types. Arc, Void, Solar, Stasis and Strand. The damage type that initially hits a target does significant damage, the other damage types burn significantly less over time. Craftable Catalysts: -Power of Arc When empowered by Arc orbs, attacks have a chance to jolt enemies. -Power of Void When empowered by Void orbs, attacks have a chance to make enemies volatile. -Power of Solar When empowered by Solar orbs, attacks have a chance to scorch enemies. -Power of Stasis When empowered by Stasis Orbs, attacks have a chance to freeze enemies. -Power of Strand When empowered by Strand Orbs, attacks have a chance to suspend enemies. -The Collector Defeating an enemy with Power of the Prism has a chance to create a damage type orb. 4. Imperial Promise (Gladiator Severus glaive style melee weapon) Damage Type: Stasis because why not. Intrinsic Trait Torobatl Tithe: This weapon does increased damage to cabal. While equipped cabal are much easier to perform finishers on. Weapon Perk Immortal Finisher: Guarding against cabal gladiator attacks grants a brief window for a follow-up finisher. Imperial Promise Catalyst Unstoppable Titan: Grants Unstoppable force & Rampage Gladiators bug me and I wanted a way to deal with them easily. Imperial Promise is the answer. 5. Whirlwind Salvation Dual. (Two). ((One in each hand)). Arc Rapier Energy Weapon Intrinsic Trait Whirlwind Dance: Hold guard to parry melee attacks and follow up with a series of light attacks. Weapon Perk Eliksin Promotion: Receive less damage from Fallen enemies. Choose one of these Fallen Perks: Slipstream: Fallen teleportation tech replaces your class ability allowing you to teleport as fallen do. Rank & File Recruiter: Being in close proximity to a Dreg or Vandal for a short period of time has a chance to turn them into your ally. Whirlwind Salvation Catalyst Superior Guard: Blocking attacks charges your class ability. Optional Catalyst Ether Benefactor: Being in close proximity to a Servitor for a short period of time has a chance to turn them into your ally. 6. Ren’s Last Order Siva Solar exotic sword The blade would be unstable, erratic siva energy. The grip, cross-guard and pommel would be black with would have siva infestation bands wrapped around it with black square tiles from Rasputin tech. Intrinsic Trait Contagious Onslaught: With full energy hold both L + R triggers, to plant feet and perform sword throw. Release R to boomerang throw the sword in a straight path, then the sword returns. Landing hits leave Siva nanites, final blows erupt with a large Siva nanite swarm. Trait Insatiable Blade: Landing a series of light attacks unleash a small amount of Siva nanites that swarm and damage targets. Guard: Blocking hits deflects them. Deflections transform into nanites that seek and attack enemies. Ren’s Last Order catalyst Airborne Transmission: Causing damage spawn additional Siva nanites. Nanite damage increases charge rate of Contagious Onslaught. Thanks for the likes and the votes! Super cool to see. Looks like Union’s Departure is leading the poll!
