Vexcalibur 2nd Catalyst missing?

Just unlocked the third catalyst for Vexcalibur. Went to the crafting table to update it and I don’t have the 2nd? Don’t have a quest or anything for it either. Is it bugged?

If I'm not Mistaken It's on a weekly timer this week is the 3rd Is catalyst, next week will be the 1st and the week after will be the 2nd
