I'm aware this is difficult to believe, but I've had multiple rolls of Ignition Code from season of the splicer with blinding grenades. All of which have now switched to disorientating grenades. I've never seen such an issue before. Please let me know if there is anyone I should reach out to or anything I can fulfil to take this further.
