"Learning Light" quest stuck

ISSUE:
I am trying to get Guardian Rank 4. One of the objectives is that I have to complete the "Learning Light" quest by continuing it in the Cosmodrome.
But I have already completed the "Learning Light" quest way back when I first started the game. When I go to the Cosmodrome, I press Tab and it shows the quest on the right side, but there is no waypoint to follow.
It wants me to do a quest I've already completed, and there's no way for me to even go through the quest again. I am stuck at Guardian Rank 3 with no solutions.
I have spent hours trying to solve this, trying to run through every content in the Cosmodrome, reading through walkthrough articles online... I don't think I am missing anything obvious, seems like a glitch in the game with no way to move forward.
EXPECTED RESULT:
I have completed the "Learning Light" quest, so I should be able to complete the task for Guardian Rank 4.
Please help!!

5 RepliesI'm in exactly the same situation. Do you see it saying continue learning light in the cosmodrome when you are looking at the journey page but when you look at quest tab no quests are listed for this? It shows that learning light it auto tracked but nowhere is there a marker on where to continue. I'll keep loooking for a solution and will post here if I find one.
