Ada-1 , 10 Transmog Limit needs to go.
Why is there even a limit. Whats the point. Remove it.

2 RepliesTransmog probably the last fing you should be worry about. They only give 10 per character per season so you might want to buy extra for silver, at least that's from Bungie's perspective. If you played since transnmog was introduced you probably don't even have enough good sets for transmog, I keep transmog ranfom stuff just because I don't have enough slots for synthwaves. And limitations are there to prevent hoarding, like 10 ascendant shards, etc.

9 RepliesThe raid ones are the easiest. Just grab one before a raid and you are pretty much guaranteed to get it done easily just by playing normally. Also.. it’s 10 per character… which is 30 per season… 120 possible ornaments per year…

Shouldn't be a thing anyway, once we have obtained and dismantled it we should be able to transmog, not this extra unlock step

The funny thing is the limit should be removed not because I want more armor, the limit should be removed because I can barely justify doing all ten on each character at all because there’s just not enough armor I care about. They can lower the limit to like 2 or 3 and I still wouldn’t care, it doesn’t make me feel like it’s something special or I have to mull over. I’m starting to just pick up whites and greens on my characters because at least that’s funny. The limit means nothing, so it shouldn’t exist.

27 RepliesThe point is to make you consider what to do with your limited resources, and make meaningful decisions. They don’t want every player to Transmog every item. I personally think 30 transmogs every season is perfectly fine. I’m surprised anyone likes enough armor to be spending that amount.

It's a gross cash grab. People who have played regularly have unlocked anything they care about by now. It's just to prey on newbies at this point.

Because capitalism. Its a part of the game that they can lay micro transactions into. I find I’ve maxed out my transmog bounties on a character around the 4th or 5th week every season. They plan on this, because they expect me to give in and spend it on things I like, so in 2 months when I have none and see something else I like, I’m encouraged to conveniently buy synthweave and get what I want.

7 RepliesI haven’t completed one of these bounties since the first season they released. Armor ornaments are all so disgustingly ugly I don’t know why you would need to have unlocked hundreds by now.

1 ReplyThe whole setup for transmog was poorly done. Most other games just add an appearance when you pick it up. Bounties, the loom, the limit, it’s all obnoxious and much more restrictive than it should be just for appearances.

It's ridiculous that you play to unlock armour options, then grind for the resource to unlock that armour AGAIN, but THEN that resource is also limited or behind a cash wall?!

Weekly shader reset also needs to go, make that -blam!- daily or 2 a week.

I don't really care about that so much as I don't care for the fact I can only hold 15 total transmog synths at one time. Feels like a weird thing to cap given there is a literal cap on how many you can do seasonally. If I want to save em up let me save em dammit.

It is a bit silly. Plus, I've got 6 each for my Titan and Warlock (which I only use to amass bounties at the end of the season) and can't just transfer them to my Hunter. A tiny nit to pick, but there it is.
