The immortal needs to be nerfed now not later.
This gun has single handedly ruined crucible. It is literally everywhere, and unless you have a sniper rifle on the other side of map, and you headshot the person with the smg you literally will never win against that person unless you have it as well. It’s a clear problem and should be solved sooner then later. Please bungie don’t make us go through a whole week, or more of nothing but immortal.

Im trying to get a chill clip riptide for pve, but because every single mtherfker and their mom are using that stupid a*s immortal that kills you in 0.001 second of contact i can't and i won't torture myself in the crucible. What's the point of trace rifles in PVP when the immortal is pretty much a strand laser beam that uses primary ammo. There should either be some way you use a fair amount of glimmer and shard to buy crucible weapons or make it so we can ban some stupid weapons like the fking immortal, doing GMs would be faster than earning a stupid engram in this -blam!- pool crucible.

You know what they say, if you can't beat 'em, join 'em. However I don't think I can get an immortal anyway. Seems fun and If I could, I would try to get it.

I only play Iron Banner I dabled in trials to get a standard immortal Didn't take that many engrams to the 'the roll' It was an experience Iron banner hasn't been ruined, enjoying it as much as always I can't speak for comp What I can say is....if your experience isn't fun... do not panic. It will all change soon enough It's only for a season The PVP grand gesture patch will certainly mix up the nuts There is no instant fix in this game if you're unhappy

Trials like IB bring the worst out in some players 😂 So predictable that so many people are clutching immortal badly . Literally 3-4 immortals on each team 🙄😂

It’s annoying but I’ve been playing IB all weekend and it’s not even a sliver as annoying as bow/hand cannon combo and almost every player is running shotgun. I got killed by those 3 weapons more than anything else. Bows are way to oppressive. No gun with infinite ammo should do that much damage in one shot. Anyone that says bows are fine because they’re hard to use are full of it. Every time I check the top player with 60-70+ kills is running bow.

Target lock is what needs to be removed from this gun + rangefinder removed from all smgs. Doesn’t belong on close range weapons.

I’m considering quitting crucible because of this. I can’t bring myself to play trials. I already have heavy depression and anxiety. I dont need trials to GREATLY increase these issues. If I don’t have the smg, I don’t think I can compete. If I can’t compete, I’m a burden to my team. I’d I’m a burden to my team, why should I willingly play crucible? I’d only get people upset with me. I’ll try iron banner this week, but there’s a good chance I’ll have to permanently give up pvp, as I’m not going to play something as frustrating, toxic, and difficult playlist like trials of Osiris. It’s not healthy for me to play.

Where Unforgiven will move from an A tier SMG to B tier. And cold front well it’s @$$ either way unless you’re at point blank range. The only thing that needs nerfing on Immortal is target lock and it’s effective range. Maybe they can tweak it to where target lock won’t do so much damage, or maybe where range finder doesn’t contribute to range but only accuracy. I for one prefer perpetual motion and target lock because Im a very aggressive player. And that perpetual motion comes in handy when hip fire in the air. So I wouldn’t be hurt much if there’s a range nerf thankfully.

I dont expect loot for content I dont play but I do expect fair balance If those weapons are allowed to be used in regular pvp and IB.
