Buff kinetic tremors perk

I like the concept and was excited to get a Namless midnight with it, but talk about disappointing. It take a ridiculous number of hit to proc, 9 I believe, and deals very little damage over a few seconds. Given that perks like firefly, dragonfly, and headstone deal much more damage and are much easier to proc. I feel like this perk needs a buff. Here is my thoughts: precision kills proc the perk and reduce the number of hits based off rate of fire. (Takes like 9 scout hits vs 3 pulse bursts) Finally, buff the tremor damage by 50%.

The idea is you shoot a big enemy little enemies die around it

  • It should definitely work differently based on the weapon type, scouts are laughable I have hung jury and a nameless midnight, and like you said every nine shots? For a lack luster pulse wave?

  • Battle scars pulse procs it a lot. Rate of fire perk

  • Mostly a champion and high level enemy killer.

    • Ya know I never even considered this perk and no my build crafting gears are turning and I wonder how this perk could work with a suspend sever build u could stack with the fragment that emits a severing burst? Might be decent have to try it out

      It takes 6 hits to activate on Scout Rifles and 12 hits (4 bursts) on Battle Scar, the only Pulse it currently rolls on. The damage of each tremor scales with the weapon type, but it's too early to draw many conclusions, as both Scouts that get it are 180RPM and the 300RPM Sidearm Buzzard, the third weapon it can be found on, is currently unavailable. I think it will turn out to be a perk more like One For All, in that it is better-suited to higher-end activities where you can't trigger on-kill effects as often.

      • Seems kinda meh if you’re not in endgame Level activities. I have it on a nameless midnight and it felt pretty good in a legend lost sector. Otherwise everything that isn’t a boss dies too quickly and you should be shooting other enemies with heavy instead
