Volatile rounds not stunning anti barriers?

Im running master vog, dodge to go invisible with gyrfalcons, barrier goes up, nothing happens. Are these bugged and if not then whats the point of having it under the stun list?

Volatile is bugged. Specifically with that hunter chest piece. It’s a known issue they are working on
