Trials of osiris no adept
I qent flawless right before reset and i did not receive and adept weapon. My account also says i have one flawless ticket this season. And because of reset i could not turn in my card to saint 14 to get the adept weapon that way.

On top of that the weapon i did get from the chest was the normal shot gun not even the normal smg. It gave my an acendant shard the momento a normal shot gun and a mod. But no adept smg.

Same here. I have yet to see an official bungie reply to anyone with this problem.
