Transmog armor help

i just got artifice armor for my titan but for some reason none of the artifice armor is showing up in transmog even though i am not wearing it, all other armor shows up. any ideas why this armor wont show up?

Artifice armour isn't counted for the transmog system. You need to obtain the normal version of the armour to be able to turn them into ornaments
