Target lock needs toned down in pvp
Literally no shot against a team with all target locks. It's too free

1 ReplyTarget lock changes the ttk on the smg only on tier 10 res. Guardians. Making it 0.67 across the board for all res. It just makes the gun consistend.

Agree damage boosting perks should not be on side arms or smgs

It's not TL that's the issue. It's sub machine guns overall.
