My personal favorites that aren't raid related have been the Acendency for solar, it's a ritual weapon in the kiosk so it's easy to get and only has one roll. For void I bounce between a Bad Omens with tracking and cluster bombs and a Royal entry with field prep and clown cartridge if I need more boss DPS. Arc I've been using the the hothead but there's the Sleepless from the dreaming city that's easy to get and seems like I get one every other drop so it's probably easy to farm, the Blowout from crucible, Subzero Salvo from Europa that's farmable from a bounty type quest, Heretic from the moon that you can get from random drops or the harbor, the Hoosegow which is a world drop I believe. As for rolls, it kinda depends on what each launcher can get, your build and what you want to use it for but I'd say my favorite perks for the first two columns are volatile launch and alloy casing. For third column it's field prep for the extra rockets, autoloading, tracking if it needs it, impulse amplifier is a good choice too for the reload speed bump. For the fourth column, explosive light is king in general but clown cartridge is awesome too for bosses, chain reaction for ad clear maybe but I'm not really a fan, cluster bombs are fun for large stuff like cabal tanks or bosses on the fatter side or for when you're just in a Michael Bay kinda mood. Might not be the meta choices but they work well.

Bump in the night 100%. Impact casings, demo, chill clip. Impact casings allows extra impact damage, demo for instant reload for more dps and chill clip for shatter damage on bosses or anything that the rocket isn’t going to kill outright. Also chill clip has a bonus if used alongside a gally user. All the Wolfpack rounds that bump gets not only add more damage themselves but also carry chill clip and freeze and shatter to provide even more dps.

I have a Royal Entry with auto holster and chain reaction. Love it.
