Hierarchy of Needs won’t drop in spire after the 3 hr rollback for the blues.
So, the bow dropped for me after 24 clears. But I got the drop during the 3 hr rollback for when the blues caused all the issues. After destiny came back up, no bow.
I can’t get the bow to drop at all now. I’ve got a ton of clears after this - not all are the one character/weekly reset I’m sure, but I’m over 70 clears now (I think) and no bow.
Any thoughts? This isn’t that big a deal, but I usually main bow and this one looked like fun.

DR is showing you have ~16 potentially eligible runs on normal for it, and ~8 on master, but those could be skewed if you did a normal + master on the same class in a week.

1 ReplyHi there. Hierarchy of Needs cannot be farmed for more than 1 chance per class per week. Repeats of the dungeon on any difficulty with the same character in the same week have no chance of the exotic dropping. If you got it during a period where Bungie had to rollback servers, then unfortunately your only option is to keep doing the dungeon each week until it drops again. Completing certain dungeon triumphs will improve your chance, but it is still RNG.

1 Reply74 clears to be exact. I agree the drop rate is absolutely dismal, of my clan I think myself and one other have actually managed to have it drop for them. No Raids cleared thou? Guardian, add me...
