Abandoning the Variable quest for Vexcalibur exotic and can't get quest back
I abandoned the exotic quest for the Vexcalibur glaive and can't find it anymore. I tried getting it back from the same questgiver in the Gulch and no luck. It also isn't at the quest kiosk. It happened last week and thought maybe with the weekly reset I could get it back but still don't have it. Has it ever happened to somebody else and if so did you ever get the quest back?

Same thing happened to me. My friend loaded me into the mission, and I instantly got the quest on step 3, so I abandoned it because I wanted to do the full quest, and now I can't get it back, have done Avalon fully through btw.
