I am having the exact same problem, have they messaged you with anything to try?
Personally I have done verify files, that's it really. No idea why, next option is to uninstall and reinstall. But any help would be appreciated.

I haven't heard anything back and I tried to reinstall and it didn't work so I don't recommend in the link I put you can see what I see when I try to do Lightfall related content
