Gun and Ghost Mods still broken
Many new and returning players do not have any of the base gun mods and many of the ghost mods. Most importantly, and most frustrating, is the ghost armourer mods.
As a new light I was excited when I hit 1800 as it ment I could focus on getting gear sets together. Unfortunately this is extremely difficult do to not having the armourer mods.
I know Bungie has replied to topics about this, however, an update as to the status of this bug would be nice. Please up vote this post to keep this issue in the forefront. This bug should be high priority as it is affecting a ton of players and is extremely detrimental to those players.

Imagine playing Warzone and you cant have any attachments on your weapons. Imagine playing World of Warcraft and u cant socket anything into all your items with sockets. That's how bad this stuff is affecting a good ammount of the playerbase , especially returning players like me.Like OP is saying, now that i reached 1800+, it just feels pointless to farm anything,basicly u farm weapons and its pretty much it.
