Bungie,
--->>>Can you please make it that we can rename our loadouts? <<<---
Extra extra additions:
- Icon changeable (to subclass) for example
- Save loadout without equiped weapons/gear vice/versa (able to take off weapon or gear from saved loadout.)

You can change the name icon and the color Although you can only choose from those provided
-
5 RepliesUp, left, & right on your dpad. You can change color, emblem & name.
-
Tried the app ? Far more user friendly to name, change icon
-
Indeed I thought we would be capable of doing that.
-
5 Replies...You can. They're preset names, but you can cycle them.
-
6 RepliesWhat would be the benefit of renaming though. There's only 8 max or something. And if you are thinking of switching, you should already know what you're switching to so a name wouldn't be an issue.
-
For anyone who doesnt know you can indeed change the name, icon and colour very easily ingame. On console when you hover over the loadout icon press, left, up and down on the dpad to change name, colour and icon type. On pc i dont know the controls but im geussing its the arrow keys.
-
2 RepliesI would also love to delete set loadouts ...
-
And delete load out too.
-
4 RepliesHa ! It took 9 years to get loadouts 🙄😂
-
Custom names for loadouts would be a life saver
-
Might be useful- 1. Name your certain build and sort them. 2. The pre-applied names are boring and confusing. 3. Err il edit this later. Sooo yea I think it’s useful

Edited by Kemaleon: 3/16/2023 7:15:18 PMThere are pre-sets you can use, but yeah custom names would be nice. Incidentally the Destiny app has access to the icon, colour and naming if you'd rather use that, Its better than the in-game system of "Oh no I've gone too far! Now I have to go through them all again!" Also for you last suggestion, if you want to have empty slots, i.e. you want to save armour but not weapons, then pull some white/green/blue whatever weapons from collections, have them equipped when you save your loadout and then delete them. Boom, saved armour set without weapons.
-
6 RepliesUse the directional pad to change colors, icons, and names. If you want to save a load out without weapons in it, buy 3 blue weapons, equip them, save the loadout, delete the blue weapons. Voila.

Bungo don’t do common sense

Half baked. 🥔
-
Definitely would love some custom names for sure.
-
You can change the name, the colour, and the image of the icon. For Xbox, use the d-pad while hovering over the icon.
-
Edited by Heroic Ryan: 3/16/2023 7:01:01 PMYou can pick some pre-selected names but it'd be nice if we could name them ourselves.

If you look at the top left of the loadout preview, there should be prompts to cycle through preset names, icons, and background colors. I agree we should be able to exclude certain things from our loadout by choice.
