2 Repliesplease, don't, just let ppl farm a better gear and stop crying about it

They "heard" you. That'll be 2 years and 300 Canadian dollars

3 RepliesThe armor charge mods that give you stat bonuses when charged give +30 for the first copy, so I’d say losing permanent +20 strength and mobility for a temporary +30 in every stat was a fair trade. I have a loadout that when charged gives me quintuple 100 stats, and it’s super easy to build charges. Pretty nifty.

8 RepliesThey ain't going to put it back. This would only benefit Hunters, and we can't have that coz then all the Whinelocks will be out in force, again.

2 RepliesNo. Let's not fool ourselves, having essentially a free +20 mobility and strength was too... powerful... With that said, I think Bungie has opened the door to looking at other ways of incorporating stats into mod slots with the refresh to Artiface Armor. Even though a +3 doesn't seem like much, it allows for significantly more armor sets that can roll high stat combinations given that the +3s can "fill in the gaps". I think an interesting idea would be to introduce a Major Stat Mod of each type that could provide a +15 to the designated stat for an increased energy cost (let's say 6-7 energy). This would allow players to build into higher stats with the drawback of being able to use fewer total mods. This would allow players to easily gain +75 in any stat, making it easy for players to build into a 100 stat build. It would also allow more players to get to double or triple hundred builds, but at the cost of other mods. If you wanted to get really wacky, they could also introduce an Ultra Stat Mod of each type that provides a +20 in a particular stat at a cost of 9 energy. Again, this would allow for further customizability into stats with real trade-offs to the rest of the build. TL;DR Powerful Friends and Radiant Light were OP and needed to be nerfed, but I think stat mod improvements could be made.

They really screwed up with this one. Everyone use PF and the other one for Melees. Now, my characters are slow moving targets slogging through the mud. Feels like vanilla D2.

Only if we get a +20 Resiliance mod -
But mobility is such a valuable and powerful stat. We can't let Hunters have too much of it, or they'd have enough mod space to get 100 points in more than just one actually useful stat again. Also I hate Hunters irrationally, and have convinced myself they're op, despite having spent little to no time playing them.

5 RepliesEdited by Vortex: 3/16/2023 2:44:47 PMHunters can spam the reaper mod and got a lot of exclusive spammy stuff already, you can spam your dodge even at the lowest mobility if you know how to build for it.

3 RepliesYeah for PVE I totally get the people posting that it doesn't matter but personally those +20 for mobility and strength were extraordinarily helpful when making PvP sets where there's not constant orbs everywhere to proc the stats now. Apparently artifice gear got some kind of stat buff but I've not seen an actual explanation of that yet lol

I dont agree, because all mods should be equal. The +20 statboost makes it a nobrainer to equip.

8 RepliesEdited by The Hermit IX: 3/16/2023 8:06:16 PMThere’s mods that give +30 to stats and orbs are everywhere. You should research what the new mods do. I use the intellect one and it’s awesome. So instead of 50 it’s like having 80. You should farm mobility armor too. It’s not difficult to get high stat armor.

We have artifice which is a free 12 stats where ever yah want.

Bungie: Overdelivering

1 ReplyVery unlikely to happen. they also removed the +20 strength on radiant light. You should move this to feedback though
-
1 ReplyBungie doesn't want you to have good armor stats without no-lifing their dead game. That's why they fixed the Duality farm ASAP because it benefitted their players.

Edited by Rastaman (GRANDMASTER): 3/16/2023 2:18:37 PMCmon dude , you can get armor litterally everywhere , just put a mod on your ghost.😉 The number one stat for titans is resil , for warlocks it is recovery and for hunter it is mobility cause it reduces their class ability cooldown , if you want high resil and recov too then make sure you got all those 3 stats in your armor piece , Some people keep their 25 resil 2mobility roll and then complain about having no mobility cause powerfull friends is gone or they kept the wrong rolls 🤣 Just farm for mobility rolls instead of resil you genius.

2 Repliesthis is what the blue mods are for, +30 to any stat for just picking up an orb. i’d say thats a way better deal. for pve at least.
