I interacted with the Strand cylinder near Osiris on Neomuna but then left the area to continue quests, not knowing the others could then be interacted with. I now cannot interact with them at all and thus cannot complete the triumph. Any fixes? Has anyone else had this happen? It seems you only get one shot.
