it did say pending.. now its just said open for about 3 days + the weekend and says priority normal... will it say closed when it is closed?? as you guys are pretty clear that you may not respond and i read a post in your forums that stated it would be 1-2 days and to assume it was closed after that... but like .. will it still say opened when it is closed???
personally.. i think if yall had maybe a automated service that did basic explanations on things like ban reasons.. and auto notify things like being opened and closed... i bet you would have alot less just clueless angry folks.. and you guys could still like not speak to us.. and you could even still include all the aggressive "if you post to much, more ban!" "if you open more tickets, BAN HAMMER!" "if you ask why or how long, DISSREGUARDED!!!" " ASK TWICE!?! BAAAANNNNN HAMMMMMEERRRRR" .. like we get it.. mann we just .. when i say we i mean .. most, not all... just want basic information.

Please keep in mind that tickets are dealt with individually in the order received, and as such, it may take more time when the ticket systems have been overrun with massive amounts of tickets. If you've submitted a ticket and it's still open, you've done all you need to do, and just need to wait on a response, because, yes, as you mentioned, submitting multiple tickets about the same issue can delay the response, and may even possibly be seen as trying to abuse the ticketing system which may lead to all of the tickets being closed, or worse.

All appeals are manually reviewed. Ban reasons can be found at Bungie.net/bans Multiple tickets are just closed without review.
