Kinetic siphon
Hello guardians I recently returned to destiny and I noticed there are new mods on the helms there are siphon mods but I don't see kinetic siphon for orb generating is there something I need to get for it please enlighten me

Harmonic syphon matches your class with same gun type , cost 1 point Kinetic syphon is 2 points It should be in there for you Must be a bug if you havnt got it
