Hey everyone! A couple of days ago, my account, as well as many others, was banned (as I assume due to supposedly transferring it to other people). And in this post I will talk about my experience, share my indignation, and also try to give advice to people who are faced with similar problem. As I pointed out in the appeal, I have committed many of the acts that are classified by bungee as punishable by a ban. But I do not consider such a decision to be legal, since nothing in the game ever warned me of what consequences this could lead to, and also I am not obliged to follow this gang of crooks on twitter and visit their site to find out their rules of use. In addition (especially for moderators and other tame bungee dogs) I want to add that in any case it does not matter, because all these so-called "terms of use" have no legal force, especially if they contradict the law. (to understand my motivation, not to justify my actions) As a teenager I suffered a motorcycle accident in which my left arm sensitivity and "hand to eye muscle coordination" (English is not my native language, but Google translator is sure it's called that) is quite limited. This does not mean that I am not able to complete difficult raids, jumping puzzles, etc., but it is very difficult for me, and instead of torturing and spoiling other people's game, it has always been easier for me to ask someone to do it for me. I wasn't trying to ruin anyone's gaming experience or gain any gaming advantage or cause this bunch of thieves to suffer losses. Whether you agree with the actions of these thieves or not also does not matter, because according to the laws of my country (and I live in Russia, which means that the situation in pretty much every other country consumer rights should be even more optimistic! lol) this is a direct violation of consumer rights, because in fact, this gang of crooks, who allegedly fight for equality, the rights of gay and transgender people, brazenly violated my rights. Western society values… lmao According to the right of the consumer No one can deprive you of access to purchased goods or tell you how to use it or not - otherwise you have the right to get your money back. So how to do it and how to punish these thieves? (the list and results will be updated) Unfortunately, these thieves sold me nothing directly and I can’t sue them and demand compensation from them directly (once again), but I turned to microsoft support (I play on xbox) and wrote to retailers who have purchased add-ons (in my country it is now very difficult to pay for something directly, I think you heard about what the country in which I live has done in past years :( ). We are currently negotiating a refund with the retailer and I can guarantee you that getting a refund from the retailers is possible and very easy. Microsoft has not yet answered me, but their company has a representative office in my country (so it most likely have it in yours as well), so you can safely bother them with phone calls, and also indicate their representative office as a defendant for claims of violation of your consumer rights. Finally, I would like to wish all the people who were also robbed by these people not to give up and not let everything take its course. Do not let any thieves rob you and not suffer the consequences. Fight for your rights, even if it is expressed in a stupid computer game!
